Leasing & Rent

  • Prepare and place advertisements soliciting applications
  • Receive and process leasing inquiry calls
  • Process rental applications
  • Perform credit, employment and landlord checks of prospective tenants
  • Show the property to prospective tenants (Viewing)
  • Prepare and finalize lease and other agreements
  • Ensure that the property is clean prior to the tenant moving-in

Identify qualified contractors, solicit bids for necessary work, review contractors' qualifications and documentation, and inspect work as it proceeds to ensure that the interests of the owner are protected.
